Dickens World

Dickens World is an innovative and exciting £62 million indoor themed attraction at Chatham in Kent celebrating the life, work and times of Charles Dickens. Visitors are taken on a journey of Dickens lifetime as they step back into Dickensian England to see ‘the best and worst of times’ so vividly described in Dicken’s novels. The attraction features atmospheric streets, courtyards, markets, shops whilst the Britannia Theatre stages all types of entertainment. State of the art audio visual shows and 4D animatronics created by a world class team of animators also add to the fun.

Hunter Johnstone created the promotional identity for Dickens World and produced a comprehensive launch campaign of advertising activity including TV, radio, outdoor and consumer press across the south east of England. An attraction of this size and prominence also required a wealth of travel trade and educational material thus tailored support material was produced by HJMS to reach these important targets.
